Time Sensitive July 11, 2025 A Letter from our President

To the Deer Creek Farm Community,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to share some personal news and an important update regarding the Deer Creek Farm Homeowners Association Board. I have recently accepted a significant promotion that will require my relocation to Georgia. This opportunity represents a major step forward in my career, and I am both excited and grateful for the path ahead. Additionally, my husband has also relocated due to a recent promotion, making this transition a shared and meaningful one for our family.

As a result, I will be stepping down from my role as President of the HOA Board. However, please rest assured that this change will not be immediate. I remain committed to ensuring a smooth and thoughtful transition, and our Board remains fully intact, engaged, and operational during this time.

To maintain the strength and continuity of our leadership, we are now opening a two-week solicitation period for community members who are interested in volunteering to serve as the next President of the Board. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and well-being of our neighborhood. If you or someone you know is interested, we encourage you to reach out and express your interest.

It has been an honor to serve this community, and I am deeply proud of all that we have accomplished together. I look forward to supporting the Board through this transition and ensuring that Deer Creek Farm continues to thrive. An email to follow.

3rd Quarter Board Meeting: June 25, 2025

2025 Annual Meeting April 11 6-8pm was held at Singing Hills Elementary.

Thank you all for attending.

We discussed the results of the informal survey that was sent to all HOA members to see if there is interest in possibly trying to change some covenants.

THE HOA IS CREATED TO BE OF SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY AND ITS MEMBERS. THE DIRECTORS DO NOT GOVERN OVER THE MEMBERS, BUT SIMPLY RESPOND TO THEIR NEEDS AND CONCERNS. THE BOARD WILL MAKE ITSELF AVAILABLE TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE TO THE COVENANTS AND BYLAWS. IT IS THE GOAL OF THE BOARD TO SUPPORT THE PROPERTY VALUES, PROVIDE ADDED-VALUE TO THE HOMEOWNER MEMBERS, BE A UNITING FORCE WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, PROVIDE A CHANNEL OF COMMUNICATIONS AMONG MEMBERS AND MAXIMIZE THE VALUE OF THE ASSOCIATION TO BRING BENEFITS TO ITS MEMBERS.
